Success Fee Agreement: I understand and agree that if my project successfully raises capital through The Club, a Success Fee of either $5,000 or $7,500 (see fee structure below) is immediately due to The Club. I agree that this fee is non-refundable, and must be paid to The Club before any funds are released to my project account. **Success Fees: 1) $5,000 - if you raised $200k or less. 2) $7,500 - if you raised $201k or more.**
