Passive Income Investment Club (PIIC) Affiliate Program Terms of Service
Effective Date: November 2025
Welcome to the Passive Income Investment Club (PIIC) Affiliate Program. These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your participation in our program and outline your rights and obligations. The club is based in Florida, USA. By submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
1.1. Eligibility
To enroll, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information in your application. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for any reason.
1.2. Agreement
By joining the Passive Income Investment Club (PIIC) Affiliate Program (“Program”), you acknowledge and agree that you are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, partner, or legal representative of PIIC.
2. Affiliate Obligations and Conduct
2.1. Ethical Marketing
You must market and promote PIIC and its services (Gold Plan, Platinum Plan, Consultations, etc.) in an ethical and legal manner. Your marketing practices must not be misleading, deceptive, or otherwise offensive.
2.2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your affiliation:
- Spam: Sending unsolicited emails or messages.
- False/Misleading Claims: Making promises or guarantees about the services that are not explicitly stated by PIIC.
- Trademark/Brand Bidding: Bidding on keywords containing “Passive Income Investment Club,” “PIIC,” or variations thereof in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising.
- Incentivized Sign-ups: Offering cash back, rewards, or other compensation to customers for using your link (unless explicitly approved by PIIC).
- Self-Referrals: Using your own affiliate link to purchase memberships for yourself.
2.3. Compliance
You must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to those governing email marketing (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act) and disclosure requirements (e.g., FTC disclosure rules requiring clear disclosure that you may receive compensation). As PIIC is based in Florida, you are responsible for adhering to all relevant state and federal laws.
3. Commission Structure and Payments
3.1. Commission Payout
Affiliates shall receive a one-time commission for each Qualified Referral, based on the net revenue from the new member’s first payment, calculated as follows:

3.2. Qualified Referral
A “Qualified Referral” is a customer who:
- Clicks your unique affiliate tracking link.
- Successfully completes the purchase of a paid membership (Gold Plan or Platinum Plan).
- Remains an active, paying member for a minimum of 60 days.
3.3. Net Revenue Calculation
Commissions are fixed amounts as outlined in 3.1. However, PIIC reserves the right to withhold commissions on sales that result in chargebacks or fraud.
3.4. Payment Schedule
Commissions will be paid on a Monthly basis, typically within 30 days following the end of the preceding period.
3.5. Payment Threshold and Method
A minimum commission balance of $50 must be accrued before a payout is issued. Payments will be made via PayPal, bank transfer (direct deposit) or other sources if paying international affiliates.
4. Tracking and Cancellations
4.1. Tracking and Cookies
We use cookies to track referrals. The cookie life is 360 days. If a customer clears their cookies or uses a different link, the commission may not be attributed to you.
4.2. Effect of Refunds/Cancellations
If a membership is canceled or refunded within the initial 60 days after the commission has been paid to the affiliate, PIIC reserves the right to deduct the paid commission amount from the affiliate’s future earnings.
5. Termination
5.1. Termination by Affiliate
You may terminate your affiliate status at any time by notifying PIIC in writing.
5.2. Termination by PIIC
PIIC reserves the right to terminate your affiliation immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any of these TOS, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your marketing activities are deemed detrimental to our brand.
5.3. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of our logos, links, and promotional materials. Any legitimate unpaid commissions earned prior to the termination date will be paid out, provided the minimum threshold is met.
6. Limitation of Liability
PIIC will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this TOS, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Program will not exceed the total commission paid or payable to you under this TOS.
