How do I earn passive income?

Who performs the due diligence on presented deals?
All deals are initially vetted by Club Managers for completeness and adherence to basic criteria before being presented. All members are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before investing.
For in-depth, third-party analysis, we offer optional, fee-based underwriting services for members seeking professional due diligence support. Fees for this service are dependent on the deal price.
Is there a minimum amount I must invest in each deal?
No. You are free to choose which opportunities you invest in and the amount you are comfortable with.
How much is the membership fee?
The current membership fee is $59 per month, granting you full access to all club benefits and the right to invest in or present deals.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Access to present your own ventures and the right to invest in all member deals.
Can I cancel my membership?
Your membership is month-to-month and can be canceled at any time through your member portal.
However, you will immediately lose access to the PIIC member dashboard, weekly pitch sessions, and any ongoing deal updates provided exclusively through the PIIC member portal.
