Referral Form

*Participating Referrers submit referrals via this form below and must include full name, current email and phone number. Referrers may not refer themselves or any entity they are a part of. Any borrower referred to this referral program (“Referral”) must be a new customer of Homeclub Capital to be eligible. Referrers will receive one $500 electronic ACH payout for each eligible closed loan. A signed W-9 and an ACH form is required from Referrer, which must be returned before the first payment is made. Loans with multiple borrowers or an entity structure are only eligible for one payout to each Referrer. Payouts will be issued within 30 days following the later of the closed loan date or the receipt of the signed W-9 and ACH forms. Failure to meet any of the eligibility requirements will result in ineligibility for the referral payout.
